  • All artworks are original, hand-created pieces unless stated otherwise

  • Sizes, materials, and details are listed as accurately as possible

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

3. Availability

  • All artwork is subject to availability

  • I reserve the right to withdraw or reserve work at any time

  • Items marked as Sold are no longer available

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change without notice prior to purchase

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via trusted providers such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

No payment details are stored directly on this website.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within [2-3 working days] unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to purchase

  • Delivery times vary depending on location

Important:

  • Once dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers

7. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership of the artwork transfers to you once full payment has been received

  • Risk (responsibility for the item) passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final

  • I do not accept returns or offer refunds on original artwork

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging

  • Each case will be reviewed individually

9. Copyright & Usage

  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of Kimmi Gayle

  • Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright

You may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Distribute or sell copies

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

10. Display & Care

  • Artwork should be handled and displayed with care

  • I am not responsible for damage caused after delivery (including improper framing, handling, or environmental factors)

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • My total liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
